We visited this pub a couple of times during our recent holiday in Gatehouse. As the weather was good we sat in the garden for our meals but dogs are allowed in the bar area where you can also order food. It’s an extremely popular place with the locals and booking a table is recommended if you want to eat at the weekend. The staff are all lovely and welcoming and the atmosphere is good. The food is excellent and good value. I would thoroughly recommend a visit if you’re in the area.
