SIGNING UP

My email address is already registered!
This normally happens if you tried to sign up as a member previously but did not complete the paypal payment. Alternatively, you may have registered as a customer to purchase from our online shop. You can either sign up with a new email address or try and recover your password via this link. If you are able to log in after resetting your password, go to this page and upgrade your subscription.

I don’t have a Paypal account
You do not need a Paypal account to sign up as a member. On the sign up page just move the dropdown to “Credit / Debit Card” as below and you pay by card. Payments by debit / credit card are processed by Stripe.

Usernames
When signing up, note that usernames cannot be changed. Please therefore ensure that you choose a memorable username. You can enter your email address as a username.

MEMBERS VIEW

When you are logged into the website, you should see your profile picture and a new menu displayed on every page as below. The link in the grey bar should also be showing as “Log Out”.

FAQ

I can’t seem to login?
Firstly, make sure you are trying to log in with either the username or the email address you set up then follow the steps below. Your username will be noted on your welcome email. Please note that your username is case sensitive.

I have tried several times to log in but the password isn’t working?
If you have tried to log in more than 4 times and your log in was unsuccessful, please contact us and we will restore your access. To prevent unauthorised access, accounts are automatically locked after repeated failed attempts.

How do I reset my password?
You can reset your password on this page by entering your username or registered email address. You will receive a link to create a new password via email.

I have reset my password but I am still unable to log in?
If you are sure your username and password were entered correctly, please get in touch.

I have forgotten my username, how do I find it?
You can also log in with your registered email address instead of your username.

Your username is on your original welcome email. However, you can also request a password reset email as the email you receive will contain your username. Please get in touch if having trouble logging in with your email.

I keep seeing the message “Please log in or upgrade / change your subscription in order to view this page” when trying to view a page?
This message is displayed to users who are not logged in, or users who do not have an active membership subscription. You can sign up or renew your membership on this page. If you are renewing an expired membership please ensure you are logged in. If you are logged in and have an active subscription but are still unable to view a page, please contact us using the form below.

How do I unsubscribe from the members newsletter?
You do not need to log in to the website to unsubscribe from newsletter emails. You can unsubscribe any time here.

How do I add a profile pic or change my email address?
You can make changes to your account by going to your profile page. Please ensure you are logged in and then click here. Please note that you cannot change your username.

How do I get a members sticker?
If you are a yearly subscriber, you can request a free sticker from our online shop. You will then receive an email confirming that your order for a sticker is in progress and a final email when your order has been posted. If you submitted your postal address, but have not received a sticker, please get in touch using the form below (please allow up 7 days for delivery from the point you receive your welcome email, 14 days if you live outside the UK). Please note that stickers cannot be purchased separately and are only available to registered members.
