Anglesey: Kingsbridge

Camp Road, Beaumaris, Llanfaes, Isle of Anglesey LL58 8LR

This was a last minute stop off for us, we were wandering around Beaumaris and decided to stay. The campsite is in a small village Llanmaes, a few minutes drive from Beaumaris. It’s lovely and quiet with the most amazing shower block I have ever seen on a campsite, you could Glamp here…whatever that means! Anyway, here’s your plan, go to Beaumaris, walk along the sea wall and breath deeply and ooh and ahhh at all the pretty shops. Then go to the pub, they’re pretty much all dog friendly here,

Wales: Dinarth Hall

Dinarth Hall Caravan Park, Rhos on Sea, Conwy County, Wales, LL28 4PX

Proper old school camping. We loved this site, it’s on a working farm and sits nestled into the beautiful Welsh hills. If you’re one of those campers who hates children playing, dogs running free and people talking into the night: don’t go there, and maybe consider chilling out, just a little. Camping should be fun and this site is.
