Stopped for a night here on our way from Manchester to Aberdeen. Fantastic hotel and very reasonably priced. We paid a 10£ pet charge for our dog and were given one of their dog friendly rooms. The room was beautiful and spotlessly clean. Our dog was made very welcome in the hotel and their pub, and was given lots of treats by staff 🙂
If you are looking for a nice place to stay when in the Lake District with your dog then this is definitely it! It has great rooms, great food, great walks easily accessible from the hotel and dogs are made very welcome. Could not recommend this place enough it was fantastic! we will definitely be going back.
